| How To Shop with musicNet: |
|
Shopping online at musicNet is quick, easy, and secure. All online orders are
processed with secure transactions for your safety.
First: you need to find the products you would like to buy.
- you can browse through the products from the menu on the left-hand side of the page
- you can browse through the "SPECIAL OFFERS".
- you can search for products by clicking on "SEARCH".
Second: once you find the products you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place these products in your shopping cart.
Third: if you are happy with the items you have placed in your shopping cart you can proceed to the Checkout by clicking on "Checkout" on the top right hand side of the page or from your Shopping Cart.
Here you can fill out your details and also you delivery details, then click on "Proceed to Payment" to specify your preferred payment method.
Fourth: click on "Purchase" to send your Order via a secure transaction using webtransaction's secure Payment gateway. You will recieve a confirmation email for your records and your Order will be on it's way.

| Using the Shopping Cart: |

If your Shopping Cart indicates "contains items", this means you have items in your Shopping Cart.
You can access the Shopping cart from the top right hand side of any page. Just click on "Shopping Cart" to see the products you
have placed in your Shopping Cart.
If you have items in your Shopping Cart, you will also be able to go directly to the Checkout page by
clicking on "Checkout" from the top right hand side of any page.
If your Shopping Cart indicates "contains no items", this means you do not have any items in your Shopping Cart.
You can change quantities or remove products from within the Shopping Cart.

If you have any questions about an order you have placed at musicNet, please send an email to sales@musicnet.com.au.A Customer Service Representative will assist you.
Every order is monitored and fraud orders will be reported to the authorities. We reserve the right not to deliver questionable orders.
For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 24 hours.
Note: Email responses to your questions/comments/requests will take priority over any other form of communication.

musicNet uses OzHosting's Payment Service Internet payment gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 (or Java Applet 1,024-bit RSA) encryption technology.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide you with peace of mind when purchasing online.

| Delivery: |

There is currently one method of delivery within Australia - Regular Delivery.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. musicNet delivery times are indicative only. Please understand and agree that
musicNet will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Estimated Arrival of products = estimated shipping time of product + 7 days.
Eg:
If a products' shipping time = "Usually ships within 2 to 3 days"
Estimated Arrival of products = 3 days + 7 days= 10 days (max).
When you submit your order, we send a confirmation e-mail.
If you place an order containing items that have different availability times, we'll send the items separately, at no extra charges, using the delivery method you chose when you placed your order.
This does not apply to International orders.
Occasionally an item's delivery status can change after you place your order, but before we process it.
In this case you will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date, and you will be given the option to keep the item on order or to cancel it.
We do not delivery Fender ® Squier ® DeArmond ® products outside Australia.
We accept International orders (outside Australia) only if Order is mininum AUS$100.00. International orders are shipped with International Economy Delivery, which has a delivery charge of 5% of the total price.
Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery must be paid by the purchaser upon receipt of goods.
We have the right to refuse any order if the cost of delivery exceeds our calculated cost due to extra delivery expense, such as deliveries to remote countries or areas.
Please understand that deliveries to remote countries or areas may take longer than the indicated times.
All prices include GST. Orders will be processed during business hours.

You may return other items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
Please return goods in original packing and conditions, complete with owner's manual.

Despite our best efforts to keep this website updated, an item may be priced incorrectly.
If we find during order processing that an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will charge the stated price. If there are any other inconveniences, we will contact you before shipping your order.
