musicNet uses OzHosting's Internet payment gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 (or Java Applet 1,024-bit RSA) encryption technology.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide you with peace of mind when purchasing online.

There is currently one method of delivery within Australia - Regular Delivery.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. musicNet delivery times are indicative only. Please understand and agree that
musicNet will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Estimated Arrival of products = estimated shipping time of product + 7 days.
Eg:
If a products' shipping time = "Usually ships within 2 to 3 days"
Estimated Arrival of products = 3 days + 7 days= 10 days (max).
When you submit your order, we send a confirmation e-mail.
If you place an order containing items that have different availability times, we'll send the items separately, at no extra charges, using the delivery method you chose when you placed your order.
This does not apply to International orders.
Occasionally an item's delivery status can change after you place your order, but before we process it.
In this case you will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date, and you will be given the option to keep the item on order or to cancel it.
We do not delivery Fender ® Squier ® DeArmond ® products outside Australia.
We accept International orders (outside Australia) only if Order is mininum AUS$100.00. International orders are shipped with International Economy Delivery, which has a delivery charge of 5% of the total price.
Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery must be paid by the purchaser upon receipt of goods.
We have the right to refuse any order if the cost of delivery exceeds our calculated cost due to extra delivery expense, such as deliveries to remote countries or areas.
Please understand that deliveries to remote countries or areas may take longer than the indicated times.
All prices include GST. Orders will be processed during business hours.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all musicNet items.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price in full.
Opened or used sets of strings, computer software, sound cards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, harmonicas,
raw-frame speakers, books, cassettes, CDs and videos are non-returnable.
You may return other items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
Returned goods must be in original packing and conditions, complete with owner's manual and any accessories.
If returning goods please email musicNet at sales@musicnet.com.au or contact us on +61 2 4620 4400 with your order ID before returning the goods.

All amounts are paid in Australian dollars. International currencies are calculated daily and may vary at time of purchase.
Despite our best efforts to keep this website updated, an item may be priced incorrectly.
If we find during order processing that an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will charge the stated price. If there are any other inconveniences, we will contact you before shipping your order.
All discounts are calculated on the recommended retail price (rrp) as set by the Australian distributor.

Cheque or money orders must be made payable to musicNet. Please send it together with a printout of your order details page,
which will be made available when the order is confirmed.
Personal or company cheques must clear before an order can be sent (5 business days).

Every order is monitored and fraud orders will be reported to the authorities. We reserve the right not to deliver questionable orders.
For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 24 hours.
Note: Email responses to your questions/comments/requests will take priority over any other form of communication.
